Who
can resist munching on homemade bickies?
With
Bin Inn's biscuit premixes, all you have to do is add butter and/or water
and you will be feasting on delicious biscuits in no time. Our biscuit
mixes are so easy and versatile - just by adding a couple of extra ingredients

biscuit flavours to choose from . . . Chocolate Chip,
Afghan, and
Shortbread.
Chocolate
Chip Biscuit Mix:
Just add butter - too easy! Available in 500gm packs or scoop your own
from Bin Inn's self selection bin. Chocolate Chippes are a real favourite
with the kids. Simply by adding either Almonds or Roasted Peanuts you
can create Choco Nut Biscuits. For the more decadent taste buds, why not
add Macadamias, Cashews or Pecans for Deluxe Choco Nut
Biscuits.
Afghan
Biscuit Mix:
Just add butter - too easy! Available in 500gm packs or scoop your own
from Bin Inn's self selection bin. Plus, to make life even easier we have
included Chocolate Buttons in the 500gm packs - just melt these for an
easy chocolate icing. To make Peanut Brownies, just add peanuts to the
Afghans recipe.
Shortbread
Biscuit Mix:
Just add butter - too easy! Available in 500gm packs or scoop your own
from Bin Inn's self selection bin. Melt in your mouth shortbread - who
can resist! Plus, Shortbread Biscuit Mix is great for making Yo Yo's and
Ginger Shortbread.

Choco Nut Biscuits
500g Bin Inn
Chocolate Chip Biscuit Mix
250g Butter - soft, not melted
150g (1 Cup) Macadamia Nuts - chopped

Directions: |
| 1.

Place
Chocolate Chip Biscuit Mix, butter and Macadamia Nuts in a bowl. |
| 2.
|
Using
a mixer, blend together on slow speed for 2 minutes or until well
combined. Alternatively, mix with a spoon until thoroughly blended.

| 3.

Roll
mixture into balls and place onto an ungreased baking tray. Flatten
slightly with the back of a fork. |
| 4.
|
Bake
at 195ºC for about 15-20 minutes. Makes about 20 medium sized
biscuits. |
