Hot scones fresh from the oven are simply irresistible!

Nothing could be simpler - just add water. With Bin Inn's Scone Mix there's no excuses for not whipping up a batch. Scones are so easy to make, even the kids can help out. The perfect finishing touch is jam with a dollop of whipped cream. Scone Mix is available in convenient 500g bags (one batch) and 1.5Kg bags.
Plus you can also scoop your own from Bin Inn's self selection bin, so you can buy as much or as little as you need. Simply by adding a couple more ingredients you can create your own favourite scones... Cheese Scones, Fruity Scones, Savoury Scones and Date Scones. Pikelets & Pancakes
So easy - just add water. This mix is so versatile, it can be used to make both pikelets and pancakes. Pikelets are perfect for afternoon tea and pancakes are a must for Sunday morning brunch. Pikelet & Pancake Mix can be scooped from Bin Inn's self selection bin so you can buy as much or as little as you need.

Batter
Simply by adding water to the Bin Inn Batter Mix, you can make a light crispy batter that is ideal for frying fish and seafood. You can scoop Batter Mix from Bin Inn's self selection bin so you can buy as much or as little as you need.

Recipe
Savoury Scones

500g (4 cups) Bin Inn Scone Mix
250mls Water
1 Cup Cheese, grated
1/4 Cup Bacon Bits
2 tsps Mixed Herbs

Easy Directions:
1. Place scone mix, water, cheese, bacon bits and mixed herbs in a bowl.
2. Mix together and knead into a soft dough.
3. Roll out on a floured surface to 1-2cm thick.
4. Cut into desired shapes.
5. Place on a lightly greased or floured oven tray and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes before baking.
6. Bake at 210ºC for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
