Hokey
Pokey Muffin Mix:
Just add eggs, oil and water. Available in 500gm packs or scoop your own
from Bin Inn's self selection bin. Use this mix to also make delicious
Hokey Pokey Biscuits - a good old Kiwi favourite!
Chocolate
Muffin Mix:
Just
add eggs, oil and water. Available in 500gm packs or scoop your own from
Bin Inn's self selection bin. For real chocoholics, try adding chocolate
chips for Double Chocolate Muffins. Chocolate Muffin Mix is also great
for whipping up a batch of Choccy Bickies! Plus check out the recipe for

Bran
Muffin Mix:
Just add golden syrup and water. Available in 500gm packs or scoop your
own from Bin Inn's self selection bin. To create your own bran favourites,
try adding dried fruit, nuts or berries, or substitute the water with
fruit juice.
Sweet
Muffin Mix:
Just add water. Available in 500gm packs or scoop your own from Bin Inn's
self selection bin. Such a versatile mix! Create your own favourites,
try adding dried fruit, nuts, berries, chocolate chips . . . the possibilities
are endless.
Blueberry
Muffin Mix:
Available in 500gm packs or scoop your own from Bin Inn's self selection
bin.
Plain
Muffin Mix:
Available only from Bin Inn's self selection bin. Such a versatile mix
- you can create savoury muffins by simply adding an egg, water and onion
stock. Once you have mastered this basic recipe, why not try adding cheese,
bacon bits and dried herbs. For those of you with a sweet tooth, add an
egg, water and sugar for sweet muffins.
Self
Saucing Mircrowave Chocky Pudding
PUDDING INGREDIENTS:
500g (2 3/4 Cups) Bin Inn Chocolate Muffin Mix
2 Eggs
140ml Water
140ml Oil
TOPPING INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup Boiling Water

Easy Directions: |

Place
water, Chocolate Muffin Mix and eggs in a bowl. |
| 2. |
Using
a cake mixer, blend together for 1 minute on slow speed. |
| 3.

Scrap
down bowl. Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed. |
| 4. |
Blend
in the oil on slow speed. |
| 5. |
Pour mixture in a buttered microwave proof cake ring mold. |
| Topping
Easy Directions: |

Mix topping
and pour over mixture.

Cover
with plastic wrap, use a fork to punch several holes in the plastic
wrap. |

Place
on an inverted plate (to elevate) in microwave and cook at full power
for 6-10 minutes or until centre is cooked. |
