Is
it Legal?
The
number one question that customers ask is.... "Is it legal? Can I make my
own beer, wine and spirits without breaking the law?" The answer is YES!
Since October 1996 it is completely legal to make your own beer, wine and
spirits at your private house for your own consumption. What is illegal, is the
SELLING of homemade beer, wine and spirits. If you want to sell homemade
beer, wines and spirits you will have to be set up a registered company and pay
tax.
