Country Grain Bread Mix:
This traditional loaf has a malty flavour and crunchy multigrain texture. Seeds and grains not only provide a more interesting taste and texture, but they also add to the nutrtional value of the loaf.

Crusty White Bread Mix:
As its name suggests, this white loaf has crunchy crisp crust. Its crunchy crust makes it ideal for bread rolls and buns. Crusty White Bread with a generous spread of butter and their favourite topping is always a favourite with the kids.

Focaccia Bread Mix:
This Italian style bread is soft in texture and has a Mediterranean flavour. The aroma of this freshly baked bread is devine! We recommend serving Focaccia Bread while it is still warm, it is delicious on its own, as a snack or served with a meal. Once it has cooled, try brushing thick slices with olive oil and then grilling them.

Pumpernickel Bread Mix:
This continental style dark brown bread has a full rye European flavour. Full of flavour, heavy and dense, this bread is great for open sandwiches. A suggestion for a wholesome brunch is to lightly toast Pumpernickel bread and then top with scrambled eggs, tomato and cheese. For best results we recommend using a "Wholewheat" setting - refer to your breadmaker instructional manual.

Soy & Linseed Bread Mix:
This multigrain loaf is lightly textured with soy and linseeds. This bread mix is ideal for those who prefer a light mix of grains as opposed to heavy multigrain loaves like Four Seed Bread. For best results we recommend using a "Wholewheat" setting - refer to your breadmaker instructional manual.

Light Rye Bread Mix:
This light brown European style loaf has a delicious soft rye texture and flavour. This bread mix is ideal for those who prefer light bread as opposed to a heavy multigrain loaf. Rye Bread originates from Germany and Scandinavia.

Four Seed Bread Mix:
This dark, heavy multigrain loaf is a delicious blend of linseed, sunflower, canola and sesame seeds. This loaf makes a great change from traditional white bread. As this is a heavy dense loaf it is significantly smaller in volume than a traditional white loaf. For best results we recommend using a "Wholewheat" setting - refer to your breadmaker instructional manual.

Dark Rye Sourdough Bread Mix:
This rich dark brown loaf is a European style bread that has a crisp crust. Rye Bread originates from Germany and Scandinavia. The wonderfully rich dark colour of Dark Rye Sourdough Bread makes it great for serving as an open sandwich.
