Dukkah is a blend of roasted nuts and spices of Egyptian
origin. Delicious on fresh bread dipped into olive oil.

1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 Cup Hazelnuts
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
Pinch Chilli Powder
1. Lightly toast sesame, coriander and cumin seeds in a
heavy based fry pan. Transfer to a plate to cool.
2. Lightly toast the almonds and hazelnuts separately. Leave to cool.
3. Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the
mixture resembles fine bread crumbs (or texture desired).
4. Store dukkah in an airtight container.
Serve the dukkah in a small bowl along with a bowl of olive oil and fresh bread. Dip slices of fresh bread or toasted crusty bread into the olive oil and then dip into dukkah. Ideal for pre-dinner snacks.
