Gluten Free Almond Biscuits made using Bin Inn's Gluten Free Cake & Biscuit Mix.

175g Bin Inn Gluten Free Cake & Biscuit Mix
1 1/2 tsps Gluten Free Baking Powder
Sliced Almonds to decorate
Cream the butter and sugar. Add egg and mix well. Add Gluten Free Cake & Biscuit Mix and baking powder and mix well. Allow to stand for a few minutes to let the mixture firm up a little. Roll into balls, flatten slightly with the back of a fork and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place sliced almonds on top of each biscuit and press in a little. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180Â°C.
