Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies.

2 Cups Bin Inn Gluten Free Cake & Biscuit Mix
1 1/2 tsps Gluten Free Baking Powder
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Cocoa Powder
100g Chocolate Chips
In a bowl, cream butter sugar and vanilla essence. Add egg and beat well. Add Gluten Free Cake & Biscuit Mix, baking powder and cocoa and mix well. Mix in chocolate chips. Roll into balls and slightly flatten. Bake at 200Â°C for 15-25 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
