Yummy Vegetable and Minestrone Soup, made by adding to Bin Inn's Soup Mix.

1 1/4 Cups Bin Inn Soup Mix
3 Tbsps Dried Mixed Vegetables
2 Tbsps Beef Stock or Chicken Stock
2 Tbsps Onion Flakes
3 Litres Water
Assorted Vegetables, grated.
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
2. Cook on low heat for one hour.
3. Add any assorted grated or finely chopped vegetables and cook for a further half hour. Serve with fresh bread.
1 Cup Bin Inn Soup Mix
6 Cups Water
3 tsps Chicken Stock
1 Onion, finely diced
1 Cup Small Pasta Shells
2 Sticks Celery, finely cut
400g Can Diced Tomatoes
200g Ham Steaks, diced
1 Can Mixed Beans, drained
1 Cup Vegetables - beans, carrots etc
1. Combine all ingredient in a large saucepan.
2. Cook on high for 5 minutes, then cover and simmer slowly for 1-2 hours or until cooked.
