Terms and Conditions of the Bin Inn Easter Grab 2019

  1. Competition runs from March 18th 2019 to April 14th 2019
  2. Draw closes at 5.00pm Sunday April 14th2019
  3. Every transaction over $10 qualifies the customer to receive one entry form per visit
  4. Prizes will be drawn Monday 29th April 2019
  5. Prizes will be drawn from the premises of Bin Inn Headoffice at Unit 4, Number 6 Tukorako Drive, Mt Maunganui
  6. Winners will be contacted by phone or email, if the winners cannot be contacted and the prize is not claimed within 3 month(s) the prize will be void.
  7. By participating prize winners grant Bin Inn exclusive permission to use their names, characters or photographs in connection with the promotion and for any future promotion or marketing purpose and waive any claims to royalties and rights of remuneration for such use.
  8. Bin Inn storeowners and staff, Headoffice employees and directors along with the immediate families are excluded from participating in the prize draws.
  9. The x3 $1000 cash prizes will be paid out as a direct bank deposit into the winners supplied bank account.
  10. The $100 Bin Inn Shopping voucher will be drawn from Bin Inn Headoffice for each store
  11. The Easter Hampers will be supplied to the winners from Bin Inn Headoffice and delivered to the advised address when contacted.
