Power Packed Salad Dressing

Ingredients

Nutritional Yeast Packs a Vitamin B punch! 

serves 2

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar

3 heaping tablespoons of nutritional yeast

2 large garlic cloves, minced

1/4 tablespoon sea salt

1/4 tablespoon black pepper

Instructions

Add the dressing ingredients to a container with a lid. Seal container and shake until thoroughly mixed. Top your favourite salad or roasted vegetables with dressing, toss and serve.
