A nutrient dense snack when you just want chocolate!
1 handful of organic spinach
1 cup coconut water (or coconut cream)
1 medium banana peeled and chopped (frozen is nice too)
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup cashews
2 heaped Tbsp cacao powder
Blend this delicious smoothie in a high-speed blender until well combined. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy. This smoothie will satisfy any chocolate craving! For a creamier milkshake add ¼ of an avocado.
