1 Cup Cooked Chickpeas (plus water for soaking)
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
2 tsps Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
Ground Black Pepper
Pinch of Salt
1 Clove Garlic,chopped
1/2 tsp Tumeric
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- Soak chickpeas in water overnight.
- Boil until they are soft.
- In a food processor,mix all the ingredients and blend until they form a smooth paste.
- Gradually add some of the water used for soaking according to the consistency preferred.
Store in refrigerator and then serve with crackers or as a dip.
