1 cup white chocolate or dark chocolate, chopped or chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Optional: Gel food colouring (for white chocolate)
Toppings of your choice – think sprinkles, chopped nuts, mini Easter eggs, freeze-dried berries, or dried fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the chocolate and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in short bursts (around 10 seconds at a time), stirring well after each burst to prevent overheating. Continue until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
Line a tray or baking dish with baking paper. Pour the melted chocolate into the tray and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
If you’re using white chocolate, now’s the time to get creative – add a few drops of gel food colouring and swirl it through the chocolate using a skewer or toothpick to create a marbled effect.
Sprinkle your chosen toppings generously over the top while the chocolate is still soft. This is your chance to customise – go classic with colourful sprinkles or get fancy with chopped pistachios, shredded coconut, or crushed freeze-dried raspberries.
Pop it in the fridge to set.
Once firm, break or slice into chunks and enjoy! Perfect for gifting, snacking, or adding to dessert platters.
