Gluten Free Cheese Muffins

 Bin Inn Gluten Free Cheese Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 360g Bin Inn Gluten Free Flour Mix
  • 1.5 to 2 tsp Bin Inn Gluten Free Baking Powder
  • 70g Butter, melted
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups Milk
  • ½ - 1 tsp Curry Powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Small Onion, very finely chopped
  • 1 cup Grated Tasty Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 230°C and grease your muffin tin or line with paper cases.
  2. In a bowl, melt the butter, then whisk in the milk and eggs until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Bin Inn Gluten Free Flour Mix, Bin Inn Gluten Free Baking Powder, curry powder (if using), and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Stir in the grated cheese and finely chopped onion until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each section about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are firm and golden brown on top.
  8. Leave the muffins to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
