INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp sugar
3 cups Bin Inn Gluten Free Flour
2 ¼ cups milk
2/3 cup oil or melted butter
2 tsp Bin Inn Gluten Free baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl or mixer, combine the eggs, vanilla essence, sugar, flour, milk, oil (or melted butter), and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
Heat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Pour the batter onto the waffle iron, cooking until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with your favourite toppings, such as fresh fruit, syrup, or whipped cream.
