Mother’s Day Breakfast Bowl

 Bin Inn Mothers Day Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats or muesli
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp DryNz Blackcurrant or Kiwifruit Powder
  • 1 small banana or 2 Tbsp tinned fruit (e.g. peaches, pears)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds

Toppings (pick and choose):

  • Sliced fresh banana or fruit
  • Dried cranberries, goji berries, or chopped dates
  • Coconut flakes
  • Sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • Granola or oats
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa
  • A drizzle of extra honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the fruit powder and honey until well blended and colourful.
  2. Stir in oats or muesli and sliced banana. Let it sit for a few minutes so the oats soften slightly.
  3. Sprinkle over your chosen toppings - get creative and arrange them in little rows or shapes to make it extra special.
