Sanders Sauteed Veg

 Bin Inn Sauteed Veg

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 zucchini
  • 250 g Brussel sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Sanders Butter see notes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 teaspoon TikTok Trending

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prep the vegetables but cutting the broccoli into small florets and thinly slice the Brussel Sprouts.
  2. Cut the zucchini lengthwise and the cut into slices about half a centimetre thick
  3. Heat a large fry pan over a medium high heat, when the pan is hot add the butter and oil followed by the vegetables
  4. Sauté for 2-3 minutes over a high heat before adding the small amount of water to steam the vegetables slightly. Once the water has cooked off toss the vegetables for another 30 seconds
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and sprinkle with TikTok Trending
  6. This is a delicious low carb base to serve with grilled chicken, steak or salmon
