Simple Icing

INGREDIENTS

  • Few drops of food colouring (optional)
  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Icing Sugar
  • 1 Tsp of Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the Gluten Free Icing Sugar with a few tablespoons of boiling water, adding one tablespoon at a time to achieve the desired consistency.
  2. Stir in the food colouring and a knob of butter until smooth.
