Savoury Muffins


500g (4 Cups) Bin Inn Plain Muffin Mix
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Onion Stock
1/2 Cup Cheese* grated
2 Tbsps Green Capsicum, finely chopped
275ml Water


1. Place all ingredients into a bowl.
2. Using a cake mixer, blend together on slow speed until combined.
3. Spoon mixture into a greased 12 hole muffin tray.
4. Bake at 220°C for about 12 minutes or until cooked.


Bin Inn Plain Muffin Mix can be used for both savoury and sweet muffins. For savoury muffins, sprinkle extra grated cheese on top of muffins once mixture spooned into muffin tray. Just mix with a spoon if you don’t have a cake mixer. To check if muffins are cooked, they should spring back when touched. Use paper muffin cases for easy cleaning of muffin tray. For best results, weigh dry ingredients, the cup measurements are a guide only.
