Sweet Bread


300ml Water
500g (3 2/3 Cups) Bin Inn Sweet Breadmix
8g (2 tsps) Active Dried Yeast OR 10g (3 tsps) SupaBake Active Yeast Blend

Setting: ‘Sweet’ or ‘Basic’
Loaf Size: 750g


1. Remove bread pan from breadmaker before adding ingredients.
2. Place water, Bin Inn Sweet Breadmix and yeast into the bread pan according to the order specified in your breadmaker manual. Bin Inn recommends water first, then breadmix and lastly yeast.
3. Insert bread pan into breadmaker machine.
4. Follow directions for your breadmaker to select loaf size, bake setting and crust.

Spicy Fruit & Nut Bread:
Add 150g (1 Cup) sultanas, 45g (1/3 Cup) walnuts, 1 ¾ tsps mixed spice and 1 ½ tsps cinnamon.

Mediterranean Bread:
Add 65g (1/2 Cup) finely chopped figs and 55g (1/2 Cup) finely chopped dates.

Honey & Walnut Bread:
Use 250ml of water. Add 3 Tbsps honey and 85g (3/4 Cup) walnuts.


Carefully measure ingredients, level cup & teaspoon measurements with the back of a knife. For best results, weigh dry ingredients, the cup measurements are a guide only. Use a measuring jug for water. Luke warm water is best. FREE Breadmaker Recipes booklet.
