Baked Lamb Cutlets

 Bin Inn Baked Lamb Cutlets Summer Jok n Al

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 lean lamb cutlets
  • ¼ cup Jok’n’Al Tomato Ketchup
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sweetener or sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Trim and place cutlets in an ovenproof dish.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the lamb.
  3. Let them marinate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Cover and bake at 180 - 200°C for 40 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 mins for that perfect finish.
