INGREDIENTS
150g Butter
½ Cup Honey
2 Cups Gluten Free Self Raising Flour (or Bin Inn Gluten Free Flour mix + 1 Tsp of baking powder + 1tsp salt)
2 ½ Cups Gluten Free Cornflakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter and honey together over low heat in a small pot.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cornflakes. Add the melted butter and honey mixture, stirring to combine.
Roll the dough into balls and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Flatten with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on the tray.
