Gluten Free Honey & Cornflake Biscuits

 Bin Inn Gluten Free Cornflake Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g Butter
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Self Raising Flour (or Bin Inn Gluten Free Flour mix + 1 Tsp of baking powder + 1tsp salt)
  • 2 ½ Cups Gluten Free Cornflakes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the butter and honey together over low heat in a small pot.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cornflakes. Add the melted butter and honey mixture, stirring to combine.
  4. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on the tray.
