4 Ingredient Keto Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until just combined.
  3. Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.
