INGREDIENTS
Makes 1-2 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1 Tbsp ground linseed/flaxseed
Unsweetened almond, coconut, rice, or hemp milk (adjust for thickness)
2 Tbsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
Pour about 1/3 cup of batter per pancake.
Flip when bubbles form and edges look slightly dry.
