Wholemeal Bread

Ingredients

300ml Water
500g (3 3/4 Cups) Bin Inn Wholemeal Breadmix
8g (2 tsps) Active Dried Yeast  OR 10g (3 tsps) SupaBake Active Yeast Blend

Setting: ‘Wheat’
Loaf Size: 750g

Instructions

1. Remove bread pan from breadmaker before adding ingredients.
2. Place water, Bin Inn  Wholemeal Breadmix and yeast into the bread pan according to the order specified in your breadmaker manual. Bin Inn recommends water first, then breadmix and lastly yeast.
3. Insert bread pan into breadmaker machine.
4. Follow directions for your breadmaker to select loaf size, bake setting and crust.

Fruit & Nut Bread:
Use 350ml of water. Add 105g (3/4 Cup) raisins and 55g (1/2 Cup) chopped walnuts.

Currant & Sultana Bread:
Use 350ml of water. Add 100g (3/4 Cup) currants and 115g (3/4 Cup) sultanas.

Triple Seed Bread:
Use 350ml of water. Add 30g (1/4 Cup) each of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds.

Hints:
Carefully measure ingredients, level cup & teaspoon measurements with the back of a knife. For best results, weigh dry ingredients, the cup measurements are a guide only. Use a measuring jug for water. Luke warm water is best. FREE Breadmaker Recipes booklet.
