Sugar Alternatives

As people have become more aware of the amount of sugar contained in our foods and the effects this is having on our health, sugar alternatives are becoming increasingly popular.

We offer a number of popular, and tasty, sugar alternatives.

• Rice Malt Syrup - is made from cooked and fermented rice. It’s a blend of complex carbohydrates, glucose and maltose, meaning it’s 100 per cent fructose-free.
• Stevia - is a leaf-based sweetener and is also fructose-free.  We stock it in liquid and powder forms.  Stevia is very sweet, so you only need to use a tiny bit.
• Xylitol - this is a rare sugar alcohol extracted from birch cellulose. 
• Monk Fruit and Stevia Blend Sweetener -  is 100% natural, low calorie alternative to sugar and artificial sweeteners with no bitter after taste.
